Catechetical Program for Youth:
The mission of the church to share the gospel with our youth is answered
through the Religious Education (CCD) programs of the parish. The
mission of the Catechetical Program of Our Lady Help of Christians
Parish is to provide our children with the knowledge, experience, and
skills necessary to develop and nurture their personal relationship with
God. The program will encourage the children to learn Catholic
doctrine, prayers, scripture stories, traditions and practices in order
to acquire a Catholic identity. The program will strive to connect
the teachings of Christ and the Church with the students’ life
experience in living out the Christian life. Mrs. Kathy White is
our Director of Religious Education and we have classes for pre-K thru
12 on Sunday mornings and Monday afternoons and evenings.
